Sessions, one of the immigration overhaul’s most strident critics, suggested the measure would prioritize foreign-born workers over people already in the U.S. struggling to find a job.

“This is far, far too many low-skilled workers that are going to take jobs and pull down wages of people unemployed and underemployed right now,” Sessions, a senior member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said on Fox Business. “It's really, really dangerous.”

Marriages, divorces, job changes, moves, pay raises, even changes in numbers of hours worked—these are all things on which the IRS will expect to be kept well informed. During congressional testimony last summer, Rep. Tim Walberg (R.-Mich.) asked IRS official Nina Olson, “Do you believe that most Americans are going to update the IRS or state exchanges when they change jobs, get married, move states, whatever?” “I think it’s going to be a very great learning curve,” Olson replied. “I think it will be a surprise to taxpayers if they don’t update their information.”

As it collects data on potential violators of Obamacare’s coercive mandates, the IRS will be aided by the creation of a new Federal Data Services Hub, which will allow information to be collected and shared between the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, the several states, and the IRS. As if enough privacy concerns weren’t raised by this, HHS has contracted with a private company—Quality Software Services, Inc., a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group—to help build and police Obamacare’s exchanges. So it won’t just be government entities that have access to Americans’ sensitive data.

A whistleblower from the Department of Justice has come forward to expose a campaign by the Obama Administration's Justice Department (DOJ) to pressure its employees to affirm homosexuality. Matt Staver of the Liberty Council, a Virginia-based conservative legal advocacy group, reported that the DOJ employee provided his group with a brochure, entitled LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers, that was e-mailed to all DOJ employees. The DOJ has become a stronghold of homosexual activism over the past few years, and its internal policies regarding embracing LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) behavior will doubtless increasingly permeate the entire federal workforce.

While the seven LGBT-affirming points delineated in the brochure are not overtly put forth as required behavior of DOJ staffers, they certainly come across as strong recommendations for managers — and by cross-pollination, employees — of the federal law enforcement bureaucracy. The memorandum warns DOJ staff to “assume that LGBT employees and their allies are listening to what you're saying (whether in a meeting or around the proverbial water cooler) and will read what you're writing (whether in a casual email or in a formal document.” The implication is unmistakeable: DOJ employees are to be forewarned that their language must be “inclusive and respectful” of LGBT persons and might even be used against them if it is not.

The brochure warns that the words “husband” and “wife” are too “gender specific” for a LGBT-affirming work environment, and should be replaced with such terms as “partner,” “significant other,” and “spouse.” Also out are terms like “gay lifestyle” and “sexual preference,” having been determined at the highest levels of homosexual activism to constitute inappropriate or disrespectful attitudes.

The memorandum strongly recommends that DOJ staff acknowledge a homosexual employee's unique lifestyle in an affirming manner. “DO ask LGBT employees about their weekend, their spouse/partner, or their family/children,” it encourages, just like one would show interest in the lifestyle of a normal, non-homosexual person. “DO acknowledge important events in an LGBT employee's life,” like a same-sex marriage, the birth of a child, or other normal life functions, “in the same way you would for a heterosexual employee” — “heterosexual” apparently having not yet made the banned-word list.

Agents from the Department of Homeland Security posing as national “police” were deployed across the country this week to monitor and intimidate Tea Party activists, who were peacefully protesting the Obama administration and its abuse of the IRS to target conservative groups. The apparently unlawful spying and bullying has drawn outrage from analysts, experts, and commentators from across the political spectrum worried that the federal government is going off the rails.

From California to Florida and everywhere in between, armed DHS functionaries — part of the so-called “Federal Protective Service” (FPS) — intimidated and spied on peaceful activists, according to protesters in attendance. News reports were filled with pictures and videos of large Homeland Security trucks that said “police” in giant letters, along with armed DHS personnel dressed in “police” outfits. At a rally in Los Angeles, a DHS helicopter was even spotted flying overhead as federal “police” ordered protesters to get off of government property.

More than a few attendees at the rallies expressed fears about being spied on by authorities in the future — or even being targeted by the IRS. Some analysts said the federal show of force was probably an effort by the administration to intimidate Americans into remaining silent, while others speculated that the U.S. government was hoping to provoke a reaction out of the protesters that could be used to demonize activists concerned about lawless federal activities.

I can remember back when I was a kid, times were better. While yes there was still rampant corruption, most of humanity still had a positive core vibe, and principles to them.

Now, in 2013, something is different, society has changed. As Jordan Maxwell said in the film SHADE the Motion Picture, “Nothing is what it seems”.

Hollywood and others behind the curtain have engaged the populace in an outright psychological warfare operation, directed at the hearts and minds of the American people.

The goal, to separate family, so eventually the state and federal government will sanction every decision in your life, or child’s life, and humans will basically be full time slaves.

Google is the talk on the Internet. A simple "Google" search brings back almost two billion sites. Not to mention the effect the company has on our generation. We can find information within the time it takes to click a button. If it is online, Google has it. We no longer search on the internet, we "google it." We are able to see a snapshot of our house up close and online because of the company. It is kind of eerie how much this company controls. I can't imagine my own life without Google.

That being said, I have noticed how little users actually know about Google. We all use it everyday, but when it comes to who owns it or what the company does own-people are sometimes clueless. With the recent merger talk of Yahoo and Microsoft, I saw countless questions as to if Google already owned Yahoo. The answer of course is no, but Google does own so much more. The company is said to own over 500 domain names some bought by Google themselves, others bought by companies that were bought by Google.

It seems that Google is constantly falling afoul of conservatives, consumers, pundits, regulators and really everyone else on earth (except for the Obama campaign) for its privacy-infringing tendencies.

It got hammered for “alleged” spying in the Safarigate scandal, where it wound up agreeing to a record-breaking $22.5 million fine in connection with charges it surreptitiously tracked Apple Safari users who Google had said could opt out of tracking, and did what Google said was necessary to opt out. This spying of course enabled Google to grab data it shouldn’t have had, to improve its highly profitable targeted ad business, and do it in a way that amounted to a violation of its contract with users.

There has also been a bunch of hubbub about the ability of Google Glass to be used for surveillance purposes, whether it is having shopping “watchers” covertly track what shoppers buy or enabling people to illicitly spy on bathroom users, in circumstances where the spying would be hard to spot given the nature of the technology.

There has been controversy about Google “streamlining” involving different Google properties and the concurrent, resultant ratcheting down of privacy standards to the lowest common denominator.

Now, in a little-noticed piece of news (which is why I’m writing on this now), it looks like Google, via a front group, has been fighting to keep its access to your kids’ private information for as long as they can. And by “your kids,” I mean 8 year-olds, not 17 year-olds.

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) restricts websites from knowingly collecting information from children younger than 13 years of age. The FTC’s revision, scheduled to take effect on July 1, expands the regulations to cover games, apps and ad networks.

App developers have asked the FTC to delay the implementation of the rules until Jan. 1, 2014, saying they need more time to ensure their products are in compliance.

Every sane person in the country aka most people outside of the DC beltway, is asking the million dollar question of the immigration debate: why don’t we just implement the enforcement measures that actually work before risking another wave of illegal immigration by granting amnesty now? The issue would largely dissipate if they would merely begin enforcing the laws on the books.

But when you listen carefully to the fatuous arguments propagated inside the beltway, you will discover the answer. These people believe that building a fence and monitoring visas will not help end illegal immigration. In their estimation, the only thing that will end illegal immigration, to the extent that they desire to do so, is unlimited legal immigration. In other words, in their view, there is no way to establish sovereignty over our own land unless we invite every individual in the world who would like to move here. Hence, our immigration policy should not be dictated by what benefits the country at large, but by the level of worldwide demand to immigrate to America. #DCbackwardlogic

If I didn’t know anything about our current and historical immigration policies (which aptly describes 90% of the elected officials), I would think we are living in the ‘30s – a period when we only issued 30,000-100,000 green cards per year. I have a friend who lives in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho who is a disabled Deputy Sheriff from the Oakland County, California Sheriff's Department. Last night, he was frisked against his will for firearms. He is a LAWFUL CCW permit holder. Last night, their security staff ILLEGALLY searched patrons for weapons by lifting and manipulating their clothing WITHOUT their consent. Rosen, who has not been charged in the case, was nonetheless the target of a search warrant that enabled Justice Department investigators to secretly seize his private emails after an FBI agent said he had "asked, solicited and encouraged … (a source) to disclose sensitive United States internal documents and intelligence information."

Obama's comments follow a firestorm of criticism that has erupted over disclosures that in separate investigations of leaks of classified information, the Justice Department had obtained private emails that Rosen exchanged with a source and the phone records of Associated Press reporters.

Of course NBC is in Obama's pocket, so they are enjoying this immensely, and they will continue to do so until their heads are on the chopping block!

Taking A Bite Out Of The Apple

It’s always amusing to watch as the elected class feigns outrage over the results of its own actions. Such was the case Tuesday during a Senate hearing over whether Apple, Inc. gamed the system to avoid paying protection money to the Federal extortion center on its hundreds of billions of dollars in profits.

Senators admitted that Apple did nothing illegal. In other words, Apple did what every corporation and almost every American “taxpayer” does every year: It used the tax code written by Congress as Congress intended and took advantage of the “loopholes” Congress created. It did so with the intent of keeping as much of its profits as possible.

Senator Rand Paul said the Senate subcommittee should “apologize” for “bullying” one of the greatest U.S. business success stories. “This problem is solely created by the awful tax code,” said Paul, who added that “Congress should be on trial.”

Indeed it should.
